MyDialysis: E-health for dialysis patients

An application for dialysis patients in which they can arrange everything regarding their treatment at Dialyse Centrum Groningen. For example; managing appointments, review and submit measurements and get medication notifications.

Since most of the dialysis patients in the clinic were older than sixty it was extremely important to check if they were also able to use the application. To achieve this goal I worked very closely with doctors, patients and other people to prioritise features and conduct user tests.
